Keep cool in the summer heat with Aqua Tone! 90% of your body weight is supported, so it’s easy on your joints while providing twice the resistance of land-based exercises. Developed from my personal training sessions, this hour long water-based class is quite challenging, but all levels are encouraged!
You do need to know how to swim, although you’ll never be completely submerged. Any type of water wear is acceptable including board shorts and a dry fit top, so don’t let bathing suit shyness stop you from taking the plunge.
